Delivery Reports

It is possible to request acknowledgment that an SMS has been delivered to the mobile of the recipient. The acknowledgment is sent to the email address specified in the account ID preference. When you want to receive delivery reports, please enable the preference Email delivery reports

When you receive a delivery report, you can be assured that the SMS has been delivered. The reverse is not true. If you do not receive a delivery report, it is still possible the SMS has been delivered or will be delivered later.

Note: this feature is not supported for all countries.
